Featured Home
Photographic and video shoots are at the discretion of the photographer and or videographer. Unless requested we try to shoot on those days that are perfect so as lighting is optimum for both video and photographs.
It should be noted that AHVTs can not guarantee lighting situations. Homes with poor lighting, colors or paint schemes can make or break a video or photo shoot.
Home owners and realtors please make sure that power is on. So house lighting can be used.
Realtor, please have a digital photo of you and a company logo for your personalized video tour.
A deposit of 50% of package price is required before shoot and is NON refundable.
*note listing located and maintained on YouTube till you sell. AHVTs promotes and maintains listing free of charge for 120 days at which time there is a $25 fee for every quarter (4) month period.
