Dennis Hanley is CEO and founder of Arizona Home Video Tours and Arizona Luxury Home Video Tours. Having served in the Navy for a period of time Dennis decided after his honorable discharge to follow his first career love, graphic arts.
He attended trade school to get his degree in ElectRo/Mechanical engineering and computer aided design. Dennis then went to work for several Fortune 500 companies such as, Allied Signal AeroSpace, Loral Space Defense Systems, as well as Lockheed Martin. Most of his early work was graphics for technical publications and some circuit board designs.
After working in the design field for over 25 years, Dennis decided to change careers and jump into a long time dream of selling real estate. He started with a grade school friend Pete Maguire of Maguire Realty. His training and education while with Maguire Realty showed that personal care and responsibility was the major key to being successful.
"Building One Client at a Time," was the motto and one that to this day rings true.
As Dennis worked in Real Estate he noticed how realtors marketed their listings and properties. Dennis with his vast marketing background and design capabilities was always looking for better, cleaning easier ways to convey the properties message in the simplest fashion with the most impact.
With his vast experience in web design and development and the changing methods in which data is sent, transferred and convey in modern "Wired", "Wireless" world he saw the need to create a better way to get the information on homes, and listings in a "Greener" means.
My mission for AHVTs is to provide information in a fashion that is completely "Paperless!" in a industry that is overwhelmed by paper. And lot's of paper.
This is how AHVTs came about.
